Maximizing Masculine Potential with TESTOPEL®

Do you feel you are not reaching your full masculine potential because of low testosterone levels? You may be suffering from a condition known as Low Testosterone (Low T) or Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome. At AlluraDerm MD Med Spa, we have the latest treatment for this issue—TESTOPEL® implantation.

What is TESTOPEL®?

Testopel

TESTOPEL® is the only FDA-approved implantable testosterone pellet used to combat the symptoms and effects of Low Testosterone. Rather than applying daily topical gels or enduring weekly muscle injections to treat Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome, TESTOPEL® simply requires you to see your physician for placement every 3-6 months.

What are the Symptoms of Low Testosterone?

Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome negatively impacts your well-being and greatly reduces your enjoyment of life. Some of the most common symptoms include:

  • Decreased muscle mass and strength
  • Lower energy levels
  • Reduced virility, libido, and sexual activity
  • Increased frequency of impotence
  • Increased mood changes
  • Increased fat mass
  • Dry skin
  • Sadness, depression, or anger
  • Excessive sleepiness

If you are experiencing these or other symptoms, consult Dr. Victor M. Mancha at AlluraDerm MD Med Spa to find out if you are suffering from Low Testosterone.

How Does TESTOPEL® Treat Low Testosterone?

After each dose, TESTOPEL® normalizes Low Testosterone levels for 3-6 months by supplementing the natural testosterone already present in your body. If you are experiencing the symptoms previously described that may have resulted from increasing age, tumors, injury, radiation, or a condition present from birth, TESTOPEL® may be able to treat your deficient testosterone levels.

Who Is Eligible to Use TESTOPEL®?

If you are a male with Low Testosterone levels, you may be eligible to receive the TESTOPEL® treatment. However, you should not use TESTOPEL® if you’ve had prostate or breast cancer or have had an allergic reaction to TESTOPEL®. The treatment is only intended for men with Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome and should not be used by women.

Will Insurance Cover TESTOPEL® Treatment?

Yes! Many insurance plans recognize this as a medical or pharmaceutical benefit and will cover your implants. At AlluraDerm MD Med Spa, we give you the information you need to submit to your insurance company for TESTOPEL® treatment. We cannot, however, guarantee that your insurance will cover the cost.
