Sclerotherapy & Laser Vein Therapy

Combinations of Sclerotherapy, IPL (intense pulsed light) and the state-of-the-art MeDioStar XT laser are used to safely and effectively remove unsightly red and blue spider veins which are primarily seen on the legs and face. Sclerotherapy is a process in which a sclerosing medication is injected into these small vessels using tiny needles. With the IPL and MeDioStar XT the veins are gently heated on the inside, while the surrounding skin remains cool, causing the veins to collapse. Usually a series of treatments will be necessary and compression hosiery may be needed for a short time.
